This story was so heartbreaking I could hardly write this, but the END of this story is truly amazing and confirmes to me that there are still GOOD people in this world! These puppies were crying for help stuck in solid tar!
They couldn’t even move and almost gave up on life, but then someone kind noticed and immediately rushed to the rescue. After rescuing them, the mom’s reaction to having them back just broke me into tears – it’s a truly AMAZING moment!
